How and when can I access my storage unit?
You have 24/7 access, 365 days a year. Pedestrian access is secure and autonomous using your personal code. From inside, you can also operate the vehicle roller door for direct loading and unloading.
What sizes and unit dimensions are available?
We offer individual units across 3 floors ranging from 0.5 m² (lockers/mini-storage) up to 12 m², with heights of 1.25 m and 2.5 m. You can use our online calculator to simulate the exact space you need.
How does the vehicle access and loading bay work?
Our facilities at Carrer d’Edison, 13 provide street-level access for cars and vans, a dedicated loading and unloading area, and easy manoeuvring to move boxes and furniture effortlessly.
What security measures do the facilities have?
We have 24/7 CCTV video surveillance, a comprehensive alarm system, personalised keypad access control, fire detection and protection systems, ventilation, humidity control and emergency lighting.
What items can I store (and which are prohibited)?
You can store furniture, boxes, clothes, books, sports gear, bikes, tools, business stock, appliances, etc. Prohibited items include flammable or explosive substances (gases, fuel, fireworks), toxic or chemical products, perishable food, plants, living/dead animals, and illegal goods.
How do I manage my rental, contracts and payments?
Every customer has access to a private area and mobile app to review their rental agreement, payment history, invoices and notifications at any time. Payments are made conveniently by debit or credit card.
When does the centre open and how can I pre-book?
The official opening is scheduled for 1 October 2026. You can already request information and pre-book by calling +34 614 79 71 18, messaging on WhatsApp, or emailing info@trastersedison.com. The first 50 customers receive a 15% early-bird opening discount.
